Where Indian nostalgia meets the theatre of live chaat.
Cooked fresh to order, right in front of your guests. At weddings and events across Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal.
- 13 Years at the live counter
- 80+ Leading venues served
- 1,000+ Guests at a single event
Four kinds of event. One kitchen.
The same live counters, the same crew, whatever you are hosting. Cooked in front of your guests, and cleared before they leave.
Five counters. One hundred dishes.
Guests remember the plate they watched being made, never the one that waited in a chafing dish.
We cook where the road narrows.
No wholesale market nearby, cold nights, and the venue’s power already spoken for. A hill venue punishes assumptions, so we arrive ready.
A founder you can actually reach.
Sumit personally oversees every booking: one wedding a date, and the menu fixed with your family, not passed down a chain of managers.

Everyone asked who did the food. Everyone.
These films live on Instagram. New counters, new venues, posted from the night itself.
Follow the countersBook a chaat counter for your date.
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. That is enough for a real quote, back within 24 hours. We take one wedding a date, so the earlier you ask, the more likely it is yours.
One wedding a date. If yours is taken, we say so straight away.
Planning for a client? The queue is what you get blamed for. So the counter plan is set out before you book, one live counter per 100 guests, plus a chai tapri per 300, two crew on each, to check against your headcount now, not at peak hour on the night. Itemised quotes for your costing sheet, one trade contact, and your client stays yours, always. See the themed counter setups →
How we work with planners →Questions hosts always ask.
Can you do no onion, no garlic?
Yes. Menus without onion or garlic are prepared on request, for bhog, paath and satvik functions.
How far from Chandigarh do you travel?
Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur are home ground, and we cook right across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal. Hill venues are a speciality on top, not the whole story. Travel is charged beyond the Tricity radius.
What does a quote include?
Menu, counters, crew, setup and clearing, itemised in writing. Tell us the date, venue and headcount and the first reply you get is a usable quote.
Do you take more than one wedding a day?
No. One wedding a date. If yours is taken, we say so on the first call instead of stretching the kitchen across two families.
Can you do a live counter for 100 guests, or for 1,000?
Both. From a house party of twenty in Chandigarh to a wedding of 1,000, the number of counters scales with the headcount, so queues stay short.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours, always. You get three things back: whether your date is free, a first indication of scale, and a named person to deal with. During the November to February season we use every one of those hours, but never more.
