What we ask for, and why.
We collect the least we can and use it for one thing: replying to you about your event.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect only what a quote needs: your name, your WhatsApp or phone number, the kind of event, the date, the venue or city, a rough guest count, the functions you need, a company name if you give one, and anything you write in the notes.
The form also records which page you sent it from and the time it arrived, so we know how you found us and can reply in order.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and stay in touch about that event. Nothing else. We do not send newsletters or marketing messages, and we do not add you to a list.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is saved privately on this website and emailed to our own address so the team sees it quickly. It is read by the people who quote and cook your event. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the kitchen.
If you message us on WhatsApp
Tapping a WhatsApp button opens a conversation in WhatsApp itself, which is run by Meta under their own terms and privacy policy. We see the messages you send us there, the same as any chat.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while your event is being planned and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have the history if you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers or third party analytics. WordPress, which the site is built on, may set a basic cookie if you leave a comment or log in as staff.
Your choices
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form for this and no delay on our side.
