The vendor sheet for wedding planners, without the phone call.
Capacity, setup times, crew and power: the numbers you need before you put us in a client deck. Already serving The Oberoi Sukhvilas, ITC WelcomHeritage, Radisson and Royal Orchid weddings.
A family books one wedding. You book twelve.
We treat that difference seriously: quotes built for your costing sheet, clean written billing, one person who owns the booking, and counters that sit inside your décor scheme instead of fighting it.
The live counter numbers, before you ask.
- Guest capacity
- 20 to 1,000 per event. Counters scale with the headcount, so queues stay short.
- Counters
- One live counter per 100 guests, plus a chai tapri per 300.
- Setup time
- 2 to 3 hours standard. Half a day for themed builds.
- Crew
- Two per counter, plus service staff to headcount.
- Power
- One 16A point per counter. Gas is arranged as part of the setup; generator load is agreed in writing.
- Water
- Potable supply for service. We carry our own for preparation.
- Travel radius
- Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur as standard, then Punjab, Haryana, Himachal and the Uttarakhand hills. Travel on actuals beyond the Tricity.
- Booking policy
- One wedding a date. No double booking, and that is the record since 2013.
- Quote format
- Itemised line by line: menu, counters, crew, setup and clearing.
- First reply
- Within 24 hours, from a named person.
Lift any of this straight into your client deck. If the venue caps power or limits load in hours, send that with the enquiry and the counter plan is built around it.
Policies that protect your client list.
Since 2013 · If your client's date is taken, we say so on the first call · Reply within 24 hours
Will you contact our client directly?
No. Your client is yours. Every conversation, change and bill routes through you unless you ask otherwise. We are your vendor, not your competitor.
Is there a planner rate?
A trade rate structure exists and is shared on request, along with the credit policy for repeat bookings. It is not published here because your margin is your business, not your client's reading material.
Will you post our client's wedding?
Never without your permission, and when we do post, you are tagged, every time. A planner relationship ends the day a caterer posts a client's wedding uninvited.
Who do we deal with on the day?
The same person who quoted the job. One contact owns the booking from first reply to clearing, and Sumit personally oversees the bookings.
Can the counters match our theme?
Yes. Counters are dressed to your brief rather than to a house style, and a themed build takes half a day on site, so we slot into your production schedule instead of across it. The eight builds we already run are on the themed counter setups page.
What do you need from the venue?
One 16A point per counter and potable water for service. We carry our own water for preparation; gas is arranged as part of the setup; generator load is agreed in writing before the event.
Do you cater hill venues outside the Tricity?
Yes. Shimla, Mussoorie, Kasauli and Kufri are all recent service addresses. A hill date is quoted after a site recce, so build longer notice into your timeline than a Tricity booking needs. The road, power and crew planning behind that is on the hill wedding logistics page.
Send the date, venue and headcount.
Send the brief as you hold it: date, venue, headcount. The first reply you get is a usable quote, not a list of questions back.
