Bhog and paath, served with the quiet they ask for.
Bhog catering for sukh saptah, ardas, paath and kirtan, across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Prepared satvik where asked, served on time, cleared without ceremony. The food should be the quietest thing in the room.
Five gatherings, bhog to kirtan. The same care.
A Sukhmani Sahib paath at home in Mohali, or a bhog for the whole sangat in a Chandigarh gurdwara hall, is not a celebration to be staged. Our part is simple: arrive early, set up out of the way, keep the food warm and continuous, and serve every guest with respect.
Where we cook, from the Tricity across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal →
Satvik, where it is asked for.
Satvik cooking is its own discipline, not a menu with things picked out of it. Not a menu run out of a kitchen that also cooks meat. The whole kitchen. No onion, no garlic menus are prepared on request, cooked as their own menu. These are facts of how the kitchen runs, not options we switch on for the day.
Tell us about the gathering.
The date, the place and the number of guests are enough for the first reply to be a usable quote, whether the prayer meeting is at home in Zirakpur or in a gurdwara hall in Panchkula. If the date is close, say so in the first line.
