Some of these evenings are booked by a planner rather than by the host, and the question that comes back from the client is always the water. We are FSSAI licensed, and the water is accounted for: potable water for service, our own water carried for preparation. That is the answer whether you are hosting yourself or standing behind the evening for someone else.
