What does a chaat counter quote include?
Menu, counters, crew, setup and clearing, itemised in writing before you confirm. Travel beyond the Tricity radius and crew accommodation at hill venues are separate lines, never a surprise at the end. Dishes can wait: send the enquiry, then read the counter menus, dish by dish while we check your date.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours, always. During the November to February season, or when the team is on site at a hill wedding in Shimla or Kasauli, we use every one of them, but never more.
Will our date be free?
We take one wedding a date, so the first reply tells you plainly whether yours is open. If it is taken, we say so on the first call instead of stretching the kitchen across two families.
